Marinated Shrimp And Corn

- 2 lbs cooked shrimp shopping list
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels (no canned) shopping list
- marinade shopping list
- 3/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup tarragon vinnegar shopping list
- 2 tbs Creole or grainy brown mustard shopping list
- 2 tbs finley chopped green onions shopping list
- 3 tbs finely chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- salt, black pepper, louisiana hot sauce to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine marinade ingredents. Chill.
- About one hour before serving, pour marinade over shrimp and corn, Keep chilled.
