Red Wine Italian Roast In The Crockpot

Very easy very tasty roast cooked in the crockpot. This is so tender and so tasty. Greatness. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 3 pound beef roast trimmed shopping list
- 1 bottle good quality red wine shopping list
- 1 package Italian dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Brown roast on all sides.
- Season liberally with salt and pepper then place in crock pot.
- Pour wine and dressing mix over roast and cook on high for 1 hour.
- Reduce heat to low and cook 8 hours.
- Serve over rice.
