Herbed Roast In The Crock Pot

This is awesome. I got this from a friend. It's easy and very tasty. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 3 pound beef roast trimmed shopping list
- 1 package dry ranch dressing shopping list
- 1 package dry Italian dressing shopping list
- water shopping list
- 3 cups cooked brown rice shopping list
How to make it
- Brown roast on all sides.
- Dissolve dressing mixes in one copy warm water.
- Place roast in croc pot then pour water and dressings over the roast.
- Add enough water to almost cover roast.
- Cook on high for 1 hour then reduce heat to low and cook 8 hours more.
- Serve over rice.
