Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake

- 1-18 ounce pkg. yellow cake mix shopping list
- 4 cups rhubarb, diced fine shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 pint whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare cake according to recipe on box. Turn batter into a greased 9 x 13" pan. Sprinkle rhubarb over cake batter. Sprinkle the sugar over then pour the cream over all. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Rhubarb will be in the bottom of the pan when baked. Serve upside-down with a dollop of whipped cream on each piece. It's good warm or cold.
