Pizza Dough

- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of honey shopping list
- 3/4 cup of water plus 1/4 cup between 105 and 115 degrees shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of kosher salt shopping list
- 1 package of active dry yeast shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of italian seasoning optional shopping list
How to make it
- Place 3 cups of flour in food processor
- Add salt and Italian seasoning (if desired)
- Let salt, flour and seasonings blend in food processor
- In a bowl whisk honey, yeast and 1/4 cup of water
- While food processor is on add the mixture to the flour
- Slowly add remaining water to flour, (I like to switch off between olive oil and water) until the dough starts to form into a ball.
- Remove from food processor, knead dough into a ball
- Lightly cover dough with olive oil and place under a damp towel for at least a hour
- You can know use the dough however you like, this is a good amount to divide into 4 servings, making 4 individual pizza
