  • HEAT 4 TESPOONS OF OIL IN LARGE NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MED HEAT ADD GARLIC AND DRIED PEPPER UNTIL GARLIC IS GOLDEN ABOUT 1 MIN.
  • ADD GREENS BY THE HANDFUL STIR UNTIL BEGINNING TO WILT THEN ADD MORE TOSS TO COAT.
  • ADD 1 CUP BROTH COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL GREENS ARE TENDER, ADDING MORE BY TABLESPOON IF DRY.
  • ADD BEANS SIMMER UNCOVERED UNTIL BEANS ARE HEATED THROUGH AND LIQUID IS ALMOST ABSORBED ABOUT 2 MINS.
  • STIR IN VINEGAR.
  • SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
  • DRIZZLE WITH MORE OLIVE OIL
  • ENJOY!!!!!
