Hashbrown Casserole

- Serves 6
Quick and easy. I have a friend that will eat the entire pan if you don't watch him.
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen shredded hash browns shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 lb cooked bacon, diced shopping list
- 2 cups cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Layer as follows:
- 1st layer hashbrowns
- 2nd layer sour cream & soup mixture
- 3rd layer bacon
- Cook covered with foil at 350 degrees for 75-80 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake another 10 minutes or so to melt the cheese.
