Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons paprika powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon onion powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- ½ teaspoon celery seed shopping list
- 1 pinch garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 pound tilapia fillets shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 10 ingredients in a large re-sealable baggie and mix well.
- Add Tilapia fillets one at a time to the bag and coat well - remove and let them sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Slice the lemon into wedges.
- Heat up a frying pan over med high heat.
- Pour oil into the frying pan when the oil is so hot it's almost smoking add Tilapia fillets.
- Fry the Tilapia fillets until the fillets look opaque and can be easily flaked with a fork - about 3 minutes per side.
- Remove fillets to plates, add a lemon wedge and serve immediately.
