My Lomaglio Pasta Salad

- 2 Pounds Spiral tri-color pasta (not noodles) shopping list
- (or 2 boxes 12 oz same as above) shopping list
- 1-Large jar roasted red peppper shopping list
- 1-Medium can sliced black olives shopping list
- 1-Medium jar green olives with pimentos shopping list
- 1-or 2-Jars marinated artichoke hearts shopping list
- (Can add pepperoni - your choice) shopping list
- 1/4-Cup onion (sweet) shopping list
- 3-tsp Chopped garlic shopping list
- (Can add 1 can/jar marinated mushrooms - your choice) shopping list
- Cheese: feta, Provolone, Mozzarella (amount your choice) shopping list
- or....you can use any cheese of your own choosing) shopping list
- 1-1/2 Bottle Italian dressing (Kens) or your choice shopping list
- (Note: Also tastes good with Cesear Dressing) shopping list
How to make it
- Boil large pot of water adding some olive oil and salt
- Add past - cook on medium heat only until pasta is soft NOT mushy
- Remove from pot and drain
- Pour cold water over pasta and drain again
- Set aside until Past cools down
- After Pasta is totally cooled add all the other ingredients
- Make sure to cut everything up very small (not shredded)
- Add garlic and onion
- Add cheese last (also cut up small or can be shredded-your choice)
- Add salad dressing and toss entire salad
- After tossing sprinkle some parmesign cheese on top
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to set.
- Serve: As a side dish, on a picnic, to a church group, sports event or whenever you think this dish might go!
