Home made Chocolate

Well it is a lot different from the real chocolate, it is softer and has a very intense taste. You may use any kind of nuts you like.

Mix sugar with cocoa, add water, rum and cook it until it starts to boil and sugar is melted.
Stir in butter, milk powder, nuts (these you can roast).
Mix all well and pour into a form where you put some foil before.
After it is cool down cut in pieces and keep in silver foil.

I used a dark spiced rum called Kraken for the rum and instead of nuts i used whole coffee beans just to be different. Turned out good. Recipe itself its excellent.
