How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place cheese, ranch dressing mix and cracker crumbs each in its own shallow dish or plate, set aside.
  • Slightly beat egg whites in small bowl.
  • One at a time, dip chicken breast in egg whites, then roll in cheese, dressing mix and cracker crumbs.
  • Place coated chicken breast on baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray; repeat with remaining breasts.
  • Bake 35 - 40 minutes.
  • Serves 4
  • Exchanges; 4 meats, 1 bread
