How to make it

  • Beat egg whites until stiff and mix all together.
  • Pour into greased pie plate.
  • Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees F.
  • Chill and add whipping cream.
  • Serves 6-8

    This recipe is a 10. Jett I should have known that you would have this one. My Mother would make the family eat at Wyatt's every week, when I was a kid,so she could have this pie. Now I finally have the recipe.. Smooches

    i use to make a mock apple pie with ritz crackers and you could not tell the difference from the real apple pie except i lost the recipie and cant find it any more. thanks for the post let me know how it tastes. JO
