Broccoli Jalapeno Cornbread

A different taste for cornbread...Rather tasty..We used to serve this at our monthly Bunko Party...Ive made it several times and its delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 packages jalapeno cornbread mix shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 8oz container of small curd cottage cheese shopping list
- 1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion in butter
- In a medium bowl add all other ingredients except for eggs and cornbread mix
- Beat eggs then add cornbread mix to other ingredients
- Pour into greased hot 9 inch pan and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min
