How to make it

  • Brown hamburger and drain.
  • Add taco seasoning, prepare as on back of package.
  • Add refried beans.
  • Mix soup with 4 oz of sour cream.
  • Spread this mixture over bottom of casserole dish.
  • Put meat in the tortillas, wrap up and place seam down in dish.
  • Put the remaining sour cream and soup over top of burritos.
  • Sprinkle cheese ontop and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with green onions and tomatoes.
  • Serve picate sauce and Dorito chips on side.

    I've been making this for years. A couple of substitutions - I use a can of baked beans instead of refried. I also had one cup of cooked rice to the meat/beans. I mix the entire can of mushroom soup w/sour cream and put a little on the bottom of the 9x13 and spread the rest of top. One more thing - I don't roll them individually, I make 2 stacks of 5. It's sooooooooooo good!

    Oooo my my! I made this wet burrito recipe a couple weeks ago, and we LOVED it. It's just one of those things, that makes you think...Hmmm this was better then going to the mexican places to eat. Thanks again! ~Shea~
