Baby Spinach With Hot Bacon Dressing

Love how the dressing slightly wilts the spinach
Ingredients
- Salad shopping list
- 1 lb. baby spinach shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- 1 strip center cut bacon, chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup shallot, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbls. honey shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- cracked pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bacon until crisp
- Remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towel
- in bacon drippings, add shallot and cook until tender
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Bring to a boil
- Serve immediately over spinach
- Sprinkle with bacon pieces

Sounds like a way I could get my husband to eat spinach. I love it fixed anyway, but he is not fond of it at all, think he wouldn't even guess it was spinach fixed this way and eat his little heart out with it fixed like this. You have my 5 also.
