i made this for my honey tonight with 2 loin chops instead of a whole loin. i made as instructed.. the sauce was perfect!! the cook time was roughly 35 mins. i turned it up to 400 deg after a lil bit b/c i was basting. i'm not a huge fan of pork for some reason and this was fab!!! i had a bite of it.. i wonder if it would be good with chicken?? a definite repeat in our house!! love the flavor combos!

Oh. I also had to double the sauce ingredients for the size of the loin....I guess that's a no-brainer. lol

We absolutely loved this and will be making again. I did have to work with the temp and time a bit as it was a 5 1/2 lb. loin I was working with. But the sauce was fantastic! Became such a beautiful reddish brown color...oh, I did add a bit of cornstarch to the sauce just to thicken it a bit. Not proficient at the reducing thing. lol

Served with mashed potatoes and roasted zucchini. Wonderful combination!

I made this tonight and it was really really good! I even overcooked it a little (because I read the recipe wrong, lol) and it was still tender and delicious! Thanks!
