Fruit Radicchio and Arugula Salad with walnut oil and raspberry vinaigrette

- DRESSING shopping list
- 6 tbsp walnut oil shopping list
- 3 tbsp raspberry vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper shopping list
- pinch sugar shopping list
- SALAD shopping list
- 8 radicchio leaves, torn shopping list
- 1 bunch arugula shopping list
- 1/4 honeydew sliced thin shopping list
- 1 orange,peeled, halved and sliced shopping list
- 3 strawberries,sliced thin shopping list
- 1 loaf French bread,sliced and toasted for Croutes shopping list
How to make it
- DRESSING
- In a jar with tight-fitting lid combine all ingredients(can be made ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature up to 2 days)
- SALAD
- Arrange radicchio and arugula on a platter. Arrange fruit on top. Drizzle with dressing just before serving. Serve with bread.
