Pantespani Sponge Cake

- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup of self raising flour shopping list
- 1 cup of sugar shopping list
- 2 vanillas (about a spoonful) shopping list
- 1 spoonful of lemon juice shopping list
- (If we want a chocolate base cake reduce flour and add cocoa). shopping list
How to make it
- Whip eggs whites with lemon juice until eggs are stiff.
- In a separate bowl beat yolks with sugar and vanillas until white.
- Add eggs whites to mixture slowly folding in mixture with spoon. This way the air will remain in eggs.
- Preheat oven. Butter and flour a round 28 cm., spring tin and bake for about 45΄ at 180ο.
