Chicken Noodle Soup

- 1 cup sliced celery shopping list
- 1 cup diced onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 8 quarts chicken stock shopping list
- 1 cup diced carrots shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried bay leaf shopping list
- 6 ounces medium egg noodles; broken into 2 inch shopping list
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley shopping list
How to make it
- In large soup pot, saute celery and onion in butter until tender; add remaining ingredients except noodles and parsley. Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat. Simmer covered for 30 min.
- Remove bay leaf; add noodles and parsley.
- Cook 10 min longer or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
