How to make it

  • If you want to cook/roast poultry, especially turkey au natural, but want it really tender and moist......and who *wouldn't* want it tender and moist?!?...
  • then get together the above ingredients and let it sit overnight in either a bowl, pot, or zip-lock freezer bag.
  • Then, the next day...gently wipe that turkey down, smother with butter or oil, stuff the cavity with citrus and herbs, then roast.
  • PERFECTION!

    YIPPEEE! I heard about doing this! Was on vacation and saw a bag of something similar (not exactly) to this in a store, and was going to purchase it (but, being the Bunny I am...forgot)SO...been looking around for a recipe to do it this Thanksgiving. Who knew Noir? Voile!
