- 21/2 cups flour shopping list
- 5 large eggs(or can use 3 eggs n 3 yolks) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour n salt in large bowl, make a well in the center n add eggs, mix well. Mixing with your hands will speed the mixing up.
- After all is mixed, dump out on well floured table, n start to pat flat, then roll till a paper thin sheet. Let dry for couple hours . Cut dough into2" strips, stack them on top of each other, n slice very very thing to make your noodles. Seperate you noodles n allow to dry.
- For Pot Pie, cut in in strips then cut in small squares.
- You can use this fresh or freeze for up to 6 weeks.
- To cook: Bring your favorite broth to a boil add noodles n cook till tender. Pot pie is cooked the same way. This is very good with some shredded chicken added to the broth, or great beef n noodles.

Great post...I, too, have been making my own pasta for years, many of those years were before pasta machines came into existence! Always great to meet a fellow pasta maker!!!
