Chicken with Artichokes and Pasta

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips) shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 2 T olive oil shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic shopping list
- 3/4 c sundried tomatoes, julienne cut shopping list
- 2 c artichoke hearts, quartererd (15 oz can) shopping list
- 1 1/2 c white wine or chicken broth shopping list
- 1/4 c shopped basil shopping list
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts shopping list
- salt/pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- place chicken pieces in flour. Lightly coat and set aside
- Boil water
- heat olive oil in large skillet
- add onion and garlic, saute for approx 1 minute
- add chicken (shake off excess flour) and saute until browned.
- Add pasta to boiling water.
- Add sundried tomatoes, artichokes and wine/broth to skillet.
- stir well, cover and simmer on low heat approx 10 minutes, then add basil and pinenuts.
- Drain pasta.
- Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.

here at chez souza my guests really enjoy this dish..i also love to prepare ,cook and eat it !!! a nice bottle of vouvray ,white wine from france goes excellent with the meal..!! leftovers are great too.
