Mexican Corn Pie

- 3 Large eggs shopping list
- 1 8 3/4 oz. can cream style corn shopping list
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained shopping list
- 1/2 C. butter shopping list
- 1/2 C. cornmeal shopping list
- 1 C. sour cream shopping list
- 4 oz. monterey jack cheese cut in 1/2 inch cubes shopping list
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese cut in 1/2 inch cubes shopping list
- 1 4 oz. mild chopped green chiles shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 1/2 t. Worchester Sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Grease a 10" pie plate generously w/shortening. In a large bowl beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour into pie plate and bake uncovered at ~350 for one hour.
- This can be served as a main dish or a side dish. You can use shredded cheese to save having to cube cheese. :o)
