- Take your favorite graham cracker crust recipe and for half the crushed graham cracker used substitute crushed gingersnaps.
- Suit your own taste on the amount of crushed gingersnaps you want to use. Then proceed with making the rest of your recipe.
- I use this variation sometimes for any Lemon Icebox dessert, peaches, apricots and apples.

This sounds yummy! Gingersnaps remind me of when I was a little girl. My father loved them, and I really haven't had them since. I can't wait to try this! Thanks!

OH, what an outstanding idea!! I know of some gingersnaps that are vegan, so this would work wonderfully for me! Thank you!
