Grilled Fish WMelon Avacado Salsa

- 1 Ripe Avacado - Diced shopping list
- 1 C honeydew melon - Diced shopping list
- 1/2 C red onion - Diced shopping list
- 1/2 C Fresh cilantro - chopped shopping list
- 3 T fresh lime juice shopping list
- 4 thick fish filets such as Mahi Mahi, halibut, Swordfish shopping list
- 1 T olive oil shopping list
- 5 T Jamaican Jerk seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare BBQ - med high heat - brush the grill with some oil so the fish won't stick.
- Toss first 5 ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place Jamaican seasoning in a shallow plate. Brush fish with olive oil and press into the seasoning on both sides.
- Grill fish until just opaque in center - about 4 min. per side.
- Serve immediately with Salsa.

This sounds great. I love grilled fish and this sounds like a very refreshing salsa. I would have never thought to use honey dew melon, but I bet it pairs wonderfully with the tangiest of the rub.
