Pasta Buffet Salad

- 2 cups broccoli shopping list
- 2 cups cauliflower shopping list
- 2 cups carrots shopping list
- 2 cups celery shopping list
- 2 cups zucchini shopping list
- 1 cup red pepper shopping list
- 1 cup green pepper shopping list
- 1 large bottle Italian salad dressing (your favorite) shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs. pasta, spirals shopping list
- 1 bottle chili sauce shopping list
- 2 T. lemon juice shopping list
- 6 T. dill dip mix shopping list
- 1-4 oz. can sliced olives (opt.) shopping list
How to make it
- cut up all the vegetables into bite size pieces. In a large bowl, marinate vegetables in Italian dressing overnight.
- The next day, prepare pasta according to the package instructions. Dran and rinse with cold water. Drain marinade from vegetables, reserving 1/2 cup of dressing.
- combine chili sauce, lemon juice and dill mix in a small bowl. Pour over pasta and vegetables and toss to coat. Add remainder of Italian marinade to taste.
- Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled and serve.
