How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 200.c
  • line 6 jumbo muffin pans with baking paper
  • whisk together eggs and milk,add remaining ingreds and mix til just combined
  • por into the muffin pans and bake 20-25 minsor until the centre is firm
  • allow to cool before removing from pan
  • Goes nice with a nice salsa
