Meatball Stew

- meatballs shopping list
- 3 eggs lightly beaten (I used subsitute) shopping list
- 2/3 c cracker meal shopping list
- 1/3 c parmesan cheese grated shopping list
- Dash of seasoning salt shopping list
- 1lb hamburger and pork each shopping list
- STEW shopping list
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and cut into small chunks shopping list
- 3 med carrots sliced (I used 15 baby carrots) shopping list
- 1 small onion chopped shopping list
- 1 garlic clove minced shopping list
- 1 envelope onion soup mix shopping list
- 2- 1/4 c water shopping list
- 1 c frozen peas thawed shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients for meatballs and mix with hands.
- Line a cookie sheet with foil.
- Make meatballs into 1-1/2in balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
- Place the stew ingredients except peas in large stew pot.
- Put meatballs on top and cover on simmer for 25-30minutes or until tender.
- Stir in peas and heat through.
