Stir Fry Cockles With Chili, Tomatoes And Curry Sauce

- 1kg Cockles shopping list
- 2tbsp chili sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp tomatoes sauce shopping list
- 1tsp mild curry powder shopping list
- 1tbsp chopped garlic shopping list
- Slices of ginger shopping list
- 1tbsp cooking wine/white wine shopping list
- 200ml water shopping list
- coriander for garnishing shopping list
How to make it
- Heat up wok with oil, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant
- Add in cockles, chili sauce, tomatoes sauce, curry powder and water stir fry a while and covered to bring to boil.
- Once Cockles shell open indicates cockles cooked and ready to dish up.
- Garnish with coriander
