Beef Lomardi

- 1 lb ground meat (I used deer) shopping list
- 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes shopping list
- 10 oz diced tomatoes with chilies shopping list
- 6 oz tomato paste shopping list
- 2 T sugar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Bag of egg noodles cooked (12 oz) shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 bag shredded mozz shopping list
- 1 cup grated parm shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Brown the meat, drain.
- Add in the tomatoes (not drained), paste, salt, pepper, sugar, and stir will.
- Heat through, about 5-10 min.
- Mix the noodles and sour cream together and pour into a 9X13.
- Pour meat mix on top.
- Sprinkle the cheeses on top and cover with foil
- Bake for 25 min and then take off foil for 5 minutes.
- Serve with a salad.
