Worlds Best Chocolate Cake

- cake BASE: shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 3/4 cup sour cream (or a little less) shopping list
- 1 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list
- 175 grams of really good milk chocolate, melted shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter, melted shopping list
- Some Light syrup (2 tbsp or so) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 and 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Take each ingredients from the cake base and mix it in a bowl.
- Pour it in a round pan and put it in the oven for about 20-30 min.
- REMEMBER!: You have to make TWO cake bases.
- While the first cake base is in the oven, you can start on the second.
- Remember to cool both cakes.
- After both is finished you can start on the filling.
- Mix each ingredients in a bowl, EXCEPT the chocolate.
- Melt the chocolate before you pour it in the mix.
- After the cakes are cooled, you take the first cake and apply some cream on top of it.
- Take the other cake and put it on top of the first. (That's why it's important to cool them, so the cream won't melt.)
- Apply the rest of the cream on top of the second and around it.
- Decorate the cake with what ever you prefer:)
