super Bowl Refried Beans N Avocado Dip

Good anytime...but it is a tradition on GAME DAY! Terrific with fresh homade potato chips.
Ingredients
- Refried Bean and avocado Dip shopping list
- 1 can refried beans shopping list
- 1 1/2 medium limes shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1 1/2 sour cream shopping list
- 1 can mild green chilies, drained & chopped shopping list
- 1 medium tomato, seeded & chopped shopping list
- 24 small pitted ripe olives, sliced shopping list
- 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled, seeded & chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl; combine beans, juice of one lime and cumin. Stir until well blended. Spoon into bottom of 9 inch (23 cm) deep casserole dish. Spoon sour cream over all spreading evenly. Top with chilies, tomato, olives and avocado (in that order).
- Squeeze 1/2 of remaining lime evenly over the avocado. Serve with pita chips or baked tortillas.
