Coffee Ice Cream Cookie Cups

- 1 tube (16-1/2 oz.) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough shopping list
- 2 c coffee ice cream(or whatever flavor you want) shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
- chocolate syrup shopping list
- 1/3 c English toffee bits or almond brickle chips shopping list
How to make it
- Let dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 mins to soften. Cut into 12 slices;press onto the bottoms and up the sides of greased muffin cups.
- Bake at 350 for 12-14 mins or until golden brown. Cool slightly on a wire rack. Spoon coffee ice creaminto each cookie cup. Cover and freeze for 1-2 hours or till firm.
- Remove from pan. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with toffee bits.

Coffee ice cream is my FAVORITE kind,this sounds really good,glad you enjouyed the chicken salad,we love it,especially in the summer stuffed into a Jersey tomato.Have a blessed week-end too.
