Scallop Potatoes And Ham

Diferent spin on scalloped potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 lbs red or yukon gold potatoes cut into 1/4 inch slices shopping list
- 1 container -16 oz. fat free sour cream shopping list
- 3/4 lb__. 12 0z. velveeta cubed cheese shopping list
- 1/2 lb. smoked ham chopped shopping list
- 4 green onions sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated Parmeasan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook potatoes in boiling water in large covered saucpan 10-12 minutes or ill potatoes are tender Drain
- Remove 3/4 of the potatoes place in large bowl add sour cream mash till smooth
- Stir in Velveeta cubes ham and green onions gently stir in remaining potatoe slices
- Spoon into 13 x 9 baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray Sprinkle with Parmeasan cheese
- ake 30 minutes
