Breakfast Bake

- 4-1/ c seasoned croutons shopping list
- 2 c (8 oz) cheddar cheese,shredded shopping list
- 1 mmedium onion,chopped shopping list
- 1/4 c sweet red pepper,chopped shopping list
- 1/4 c green pepper (chopped) shopping list
- 1 jar (4-1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms drained shopping list
- 8 eggs shopping list
- 4 c milk shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp mustard,ground shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 8 bacon strips,cooked and crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle croutons,cheese,onions,peppers and mushrooms into 2 greased 8" square baking dishes.
- In a bowl,combine eggs,milk,salt mustard and pepper.
- Slowly pour over vegetables.
- Sprinkle with bacon
- Cover and freeze 1 casserole for up to 3 monts.
- Bake the second casserole,uncovered,at 350 degrees for 45-50 mins or till knife in center comes out clean.
- To use frozen csserole:
- Completely thaw in the refrigerator 30 mins before baking.
- Bake,uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 mins or till knife in center comes out cleaan.
- 2 casseroles (6-8) servings each.
