Sweet and Sour Salad

- Serves 6
This is a simple salad with lots of great flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbls. water shopping list
- 3/4 cup half & half shopping list
- 6 cups of your favorite green lettuce, torn into bite size pieces shopping list
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- Add sugar, vinegar and water to container with tight fitting lid
- Shake until sugar is dissolved
- Add cream and shake until well combined
- Toss lettuce and bacon
- Add dressing and toss just before serving
