USA Today would provide a free paper once a week to school children many years ago. At one point, I was one of those children. I remember especially the cutting edge charts and graphics, but also getting to know a truly national paper with professional, unbiased reporting. I have been pleased with this app, and more importantly with its content. I recommend this app.

Good app. Too many breaking news notifications about Taylor Swift. I want to hear about top stories or breaking news, Taylor Swift does not qualify. There is a way to follow writers, there should also be a way to hide content from certain writers whose bias is too strong one way or the other. Obviously they can write articles for USA Today, but I have no desire to consume their partisan garbage.

Even though i enjoy The USA TODAY app, my disappointment is that up to dates take much to long to be reported as opposed to some other news apps. Some stories are held over much too long while some others are carried for to short a period. I don't think any headliner should be that for an entire week! I think two days is more than enough time to be headline news. Maybe your sport section is understaffed, if so, maybe you can use more freelance writers. The sport sections especially.
