I've had the areuters app for years. To me, it is hands down the best news source. 90% of the time they tend to publish the news without being politically biased unlike some others. However, this upgrade in the app published June of 24 is just terrible, whoever they had design it should be fired. The headlines are massive font, you can no longer zoom in on pics, and the ads look too much like the news, what were they thinking in the redesign, the old app was just fine.

Really dissapointed in the new version today. The TV feature is gone. To watch videos you have to click on them one by one. Also, after you click on a video all the other videos change. I just want to sit and have my breakfast and watch the news. And like the old app, some of the videos you click on don't play and it's just stick there. I really value reuters content - but the app needs improvement. Auto advance yo next video, don't shuffle, and how about sort by date created.

The June redesign is disappointing, especially with video content. Users must now navigate a media tab, select each video, and sit through ads, losing the ability to watch uninterrupted broadcasts. The app's organization is cumbersome, pushing email subscriptions for no good reason and many ads. The "My News" tab doesn't personalize content based on usage history. Pictures should be integrated with news articles, not in separate tabs. With the video bulletin now gone I dont use the app as often.
