Tuya Smart

App is simple and seems to work just fine. Connection with devices is without issues. Yet the fact that the app does not support landscape view is a big downside for me. I use my tablet in landscape orientation for my cash register, music control, video playback and such. The app is mounted to the wall in my bar. Every app I have ever used supports landscape. It's just rediculous that this app forces me to turn around my screen just to be able to dimm the lights.

I really loathe this app totally and completely! Suddenly there is no option to set tap to run scenes with lights using RGB colors! I specifically purchased these RGB lights that work with this app so that I could set color scenes in my home! It worked up until about a month ago and now suddenly the interface is completely different and even when I select "color" the slider to choose the color doesn't bring up a color menu it just brings up the color temperature for white light slider instead!

I have a gate lock that I use to pair with this Tuya Smart app. I always face technical issue to remotely access the gate. It would not properly respond to my lock/unlock commands. It's extremely unreliable to use the app and control my devices remotely from elsewhere, because I wouldn't know the proper status of the gate lock and I fear there could be unauthorised intrusion. The developers are not so responsive. I have made feedbacks to them, but I still do not receive any response.
