Decent app, easy to use with a fairly intuitive UI and plenty of customization choices for security cameras. One feature I found it lacks is the ability to set a custom time for Day/Night mode switching. In Auto mode, the camera seems a bit reluctant to switch to IR unless the scene is very dark, which in my case means that it stays in "Day" mode throughout the entire night, even though the IR "Night" mode would provide a better picture.

It used to be a useful stable app, but recent power supply and broadband failures, has resulted in all the Tapo colour lamps going offline and refusing to stay connected. I have rebooted my router, twice, and lost count of the times I've reconnected the lamps. Some are now stable, 🤞🏻 others not. 😞 I now have an outdoor camera that refuses to stay online. Climbing up a ladder to do a reset is silly - I'm over 80. Still naffed off!😡

I don't like since you changed the playback bar, it's too thin and harder to work with than before. **** Bad, scrolling in playback timeline is not working properly since last update, it keeps sending you to the time it chooses, which is a pain and pretty much makes rendered useless that feature.( Timeline issue was fixed by checking the time zone)

Dear Mario, thank you for the feedback. Please check whether the camera is using RTSP for streaming, or streaming via Alexa/Google if so, disconnect it and then check whether the timeline is normal.
