Edited on 18 Apr 2024 (moving from 5 stars to 1 star): Over the last one month, I am noticing the cabs that arrive are different vs what's registered. Maybe even the driver is different (I can't confirm about the driver) but cabs are of different models vs what's registered on the app. Secondly, the Eco+ cabs are filthy, dirty to the point that it may soil your clothes. We don't want lower prices at the expense of personal safety and hygiene. I am already exploring other apps.

They say cheap is expensive really disappointed 😞 today just booked a taxi with the app driver didn't know location kept going in circles and still didn't take Mr to where I was going but still was told to pay seriously how can I pay for a trip which I didn't even reach WHITE KIA 2716

I had a bad first experience with your driver. He insisted I pay in cash even though I chose the card option, saying it doesn’t work in TaxiF. He also didn’t know how to follow the location. Later, after arriving at my distinction, I was charged on my card, so I ended up paying 106 QR for a 34-36 QAR trip, being late, and didn’t get the money back. The driver even came in a different car, claiming it was his as well! I hadn't gone with him as it's a safety issue, but I was late, so I did.
