Route has some good qualities. It can add packages from your email and it's fast to pick up changes in status for some shippers. However there are a few issues too. It adds tracking information for groceries that never gets the deliveries. It also has inconsistencies by having 2 different status for the same package. It can get confusing because I don't know which status is correct.

This app is pretty bad in general. For example, UI/UX wise shipments in progress don't bubble up above shipments completed, so you can have relevant information completely off the screen. There are quite a few poor decisions in the app, but the fact that you can't open and track route urls is probably the worst that places this app in trash tier. Just use an alternative that does this better and correctly.

App is definitely more miss than hit for me. It's currently showing a tab of me in Utah and an image of forests/trees not too far from it. I live in North Carolina, and I'm pretty sure I'm not a package being delivered. The package I am tracking isn't even showing on the map, despite adding the tracking #. It just dumps it the next time I open the app, and I have to add it again. I also find it odd that mobile orders for fast food that I pick up myself show up in this app.
