Create a domestic and international shipping label, track shipment status and manage your packages wherever you are with the FedEx Mobile app. Use the app to get quick rates, find a pickup or drop off location, scan bar codes, and view rewards. Enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager® to customize when and where you’d like to receive your packages.

Previously, I enjoyed using this app, but it just made me update to a new version and now I can't get past the screen where it asks for permissions like camera access, etc. The "Continue" button is unresponsive at that point. The only thing I can click on in the link to the end user license agreement, but when you return to that page, the continue button still doesn't respond, so can't use the app at all. Disappointing as earlier versions have been good for me logging in with a FedEx account.

Unusable! Hangs when opening. If it does get past the splash screen (rarely), it doesn't show any of my packages. If I'm lucky It will briefly flash my list but then it goes blank again. I've tried pressing the menu bars but they are slow and unresponsive and nothing I do brings my list of packages up. I've cleared cache and reinstalled but doesn't make a difference. Please roll back your last few updates since every one of them makes this app worse and worse.

Does not display accurate information. A package of mine has been showing delayed for weeks. I finally went into a universal tracker only to find a whole new display of information in which my package was labeled incorrectly by the sender and is now on its way back to them. I would have never known using the FedEx app alone. I attempted to use the virtual assistant within the app prior to the universal tracking but the app kept closing itself stating that it has a bug.
