They started a trial for Careem Plus. But after a few days, I couldn't see any option to cancel the CPlus subscription from the app, nor could I find any helpline number to contact their support. I also don't see any option to remove my card from their app. Unhappy with this experience.

My last trip was so fruitful, after getting off i wanted to tip when the driver gone but there were no tip past drivers option.. Hope you add this feature.. Otherwise it was very hospitable clean and nice trip [was 1st time using it and the driver was so helpful, taught me quite alot of features]

Hi Yugi, thank you for the lovely review, it made us smile💚 You can tip the Captain after the ride or for previous rides by rating 4/5 stars with a credit card. Go to App > Your rides > History > Ride details to find "Rate this ride" or "Tip this captain." You can also tip your Captain in person with cash. Let us know if we can assist further.

I don’t know what happened, suddenly while looking for ride, it says an error happened and I logged out automatically. Now evem with verification I cannot login. Even after sending 2-3 request emails no response. I have added fumd as well still nonresponse.
