There is a lot to work on video-wise. Lately, my app on my Galaxy 23 is darkening and brightening, randomly throughout the videos. I've checked settings in my phone and app, yet I haven't found any solution. Next, anytime you fast forward or rewind, there is a tremendous amount of lag or buffer time. That is present on both my phone and tvs at home. The ads have gotten outrageous... there used to be a short ad at the beginning of most videos, but I could skip them. Now ads are everywhere.

The app itself is quite tidy and gives information on the actors in the scene. The show range is reasonable given the price. Lots of inaccessible content shown more recently, needing more money to be spent. Advertisements with my paid experience are going to start (but don't worry, I can just pay more to keep what I used to have). Disappointed to have a worsening and more expensive experience over time. The app asked me for a review just after telling me there would be ads, so here we are.

Prime video in itself is a decent service, but I have to give it one star. The amount of shows that I've seen with the wrong subtitles or a show thats fully Japanese audio with no English subtitles is ridiculous, especially when I've gone out of my way to pay extra for the crunchyroll subscription. I've had to use a pirate site to get the English subtitles for shows that Amazon were just too lazy to properly sub. I thought it was only one or two shows but I've lost count of how many shows now.
