The 2* is because I like that I'm able to listen to some of my books as audio when I can't physically read. However, when doing so, the app is SO temperamental and constantly goes off by itself or doesn't play properly. Plus it's annoying that it doesn't completely sync to my kindle, therefore you can only have it read books that you've brought directly from amazon. And even then, there's no search feature, so unless it's a recent book, you might be scrolling for half your life to find it.

Not really great. So many bugs that never get sorted out. Lights work 75 percent of the time. Wireless cameras not dependable either, but separate wireless security (different brand) is. Get this if you like to repeat what you want. After several years of this, it gets tiring. Mainly used for time and weather. Easier to use You Tube for music and streaming movies.

It's functional, but at a bare minimum. Nothing majorly wrong with it, just an extremely underwhelming experience that fails to live up to expectation or hype, given the hefty price tag of all the hardware you need to buy for a "smart home" experience. The UI is not user friendly, it's confusing and difficult to understand, most features are extremely basic and feel abandoned in a beta stage. Overall, it feels like an abandoned app. Would not build around Alexa-driven devices in 2024.

Our new design has made it easier to access your favorite features and devices. The Home page offers quick access to smart home controls, Echo management, and numerous Alexa features. The Devices page offers customizable views to manage your devices.
