Company sends email suggestions to add another user to have access to the account. Sounds good, just in case I kick, Wife can access. Try to follow instructions, they don't match the app. When I finally figure out where the actual setting is, it gaves while trying to re-authenticated. It looks like one reason T-Mobile is cheap, is because they don't put money into QC.

The new app looks nice, but features are missing. Not sure why T Life is included and still a stand alone app. In addition, you cannot view plans for watches, tablets, etc. only phone plans. Not surprising though as T-Mo has been very disappointing with treatment of customers and services. The decline of a once decent company continues.

The latest version is incompatible with my 18 month old phone, and a lot of the usual features are missing. T-Mobile is just using this app to push you to buy a new phone from them. These is no reason to install or use this app since everything you can do in the app you can do with the web browser, plus they keep removing features. Uninstalling
