Terrible. Complete waste of time. I completed the setup and also setup fingerprint sign on. It then failed repeatedly to update the extender. It accepts fingerprint sign yet still insists on the password and claims not to be able to connect. Then times me out for too many attempts. So I have an extender that I can't access with the app and I can't connect to the network. So we have hardware and an app that can't setup the core functionality. That's a pretty special level of performance.

The modem/router is excellent. The setup was simple, working with Xfinity to get the Nighthawk MAC address registered and Xfinity service activated. The app itself took a few restarts to configure my own ssid and passwords. Again once the app restarted it was simple. The app dashboard is excellent and I like the armour vulnerability monitoring. If the app stability was better, the review would be 5 star.

Frustrating- Even though the modem had internet, the router would not connect to it. Several days later I was finally able to get to the internet via the mesh router (MR70). Then the devices that now had access, stopped having access. I had to use a browser to get to the Security Access Control to turn it off. Everytime I tried to unblock devices, it would not save using the Apply button at the bottom of the page. In the App, there was no toggle buttons to control access as in the screenshot.
