Add/delete case stages (Admin)
You can customize the case stages to match your organization's case management stages so as to be in alignment with your company strategy.
To add a new stage:
- Navigate to SOAR Settings > Case Data > Case stages.
- Click
add
Add on the top right of the screen.
- Add the relevant information.
- Click Create.
