This User Agreement regulates the relationship between "us" ("Hippo Games", the developer of "Pixel Diffusion") and app "users".

"Pixel Diffusion" is an app for pixel art images generation with AI (Artificial Intelligence) using text prompts. We made "Pixel Diffusion" for personal and commercial use. The app provides in-app purchases, subscriptions and contains ads. The app can display extra content (promotional and marketing materials).

The app can request permissions:

• show push notifications
• access files on user devices

The app collects the following information:

• advertising ID for serving ads
• device ID, crash logs and user actions for analytics
• user ID and public profile (depending on platform), email (when possible) and OpenID (OAuth) for creating accounts in Pixel Network
• gender, age, country and bio in user account details in Pixel Network (optional)

All data is encrypted in transit. We don't share data with third parties (ad and analytics platforms are not considered as third parties).

Pixel Network is a social community for pixel artists. Pixel Diffusion requires users to create an account in Pixel Network. User accounts are created automatically after users perform sign-in on a platform (Google, Apple). Users can request account deletion inside the app or by contacting hippogames.dev@gmail.com.

"User-generated content" is any kind of content created by users. The app doesn't allow users to create and share user-generated content.

"AI-generated content" is any kind of content created by AI (Artificial Intelligence), no matter if and how it was modified by users. AI-generated content is not considered "user-generated". AI-generated content made in Pixel Diffusion does not belong to users (no matter if and how it was modified). AI-generated content made in Pixel Diffusion is allowed for personal and commercial use with attribution ("Made in Pixel Diffusion").

We are not responsible for images created by AI, although we are responsible for moderating and removing such content. Users can report inappropriate images by pressing the report button inside the app or by contacting hippogames.dev@gmail.com.
